With over 30 years playing and coaching under my belt I have been fortunate to learn from the best in Australia and the world. Time spent with great coaches and tours overseas have seen my coaching develop substantially . some of the tours I have been on have allowed me to spend time with Coach K from Duke university, Observe Spanish, French Italian, Croatian, Korean basketball development programs and teams to name a few. The knowledge gained from these tours is invaluable.

My history includes 20 seasons in the NBL and Australian Basketball being coached by world champion or Olympic Coaches such as Barry Barnes, Brian Goorjian, Tom Maher, Ian Stacker, Patrick Hunt and Adrian Hurley II have been extremely privileged and honoured to pass on the knowledge I have received. Organising tours for the Townsville Crocodiles has seen me have an understanding of quality events and a fine balance of time spent developing and down time to experience the wonders of some of these amazing countries. You will come away from these tours with lifelong learnings and experiences.

My achievements include, 20 years in the NBL, Playing for Australia in a World Championship, coaching Junior Australian teams, the privilege of coaching players such as Cameron Bairstow, Brock Motum and an amazing U20 Qld team that won a national title by 39 points. I am extremely focused on player development and motivation. I am extremely proud of the fact that all 4 of my children have earned the privilege of making Australian Representative squads and the fact I have an amazing amount of friends in this great game of Basketball.
